Engaged In Life

A story of a life lived well

I created the Engaged-In-Life concept, first and foremost, as a foundation for my own life—to build my personal “story of a life lived well.” But as I grew my business, raised a family, and faced life’s inevitable challenges, I began to see something deeper: the principles I was applying were not just personal-they were universal truths, natural laws that unlock the innate potential in all of us.

As we implemented these principles within Engaged Companies and worked alongside our team, I saw how this approach positively shaped our culture, our business success, and most importantly, the lives of the individuals within it. People began to embrace their own missions, take ownership of their potential, and create their own stories of a life lived well. The results were transformational—both professionally and personally.

Now, we are committed to helping others apply these time-tested principles as the foundation for their own success. Whether in business, family, or personal growth, these building blocks empower people to take control of their lives and create meaningful impact.

The one thing nobody can stop us from doing is living well - living with intention, and maximizing our potential. We can all choose to Engage-In-Life.  To be the best mothers, fathers, friends, work teammates, and Americans.  Ghandi once said "be the change we want to see in the world". I guess he's said it, and we are simply bringing back that truth.

Engaged In Life
Just like a successful business, a life of significance requires these essential elements:

A Mission – a clear purpose that guides our actions.

A Vision – a picture of the future we are working towards.

A Value System – the principles we live by.

A Consistent Execution – the discipline to turn intentions into reality.
