Chad would say he is still just a farm boy from Iowa following his heart. This journey of the heart led him, and his family, to Kansas City in 2004, where he started the first Engaged Company, eShipping. 

 

Today, what began as a pursuit of purpose and knocking on doors selling overnight services, has now grown into a group of companies with revenues exceeding $1.5 billion. Chad continues to combine passion and purpose in business, focusing on empowering others and building companies that positively impact people and communities. Creating opportunities for individuals, unlocking human potential, and using capitalism as a force for good are the driving passions behind Engaged Companies, and remain a focus for the future. 

 

Chad and his awesome wife, Marcy, support their four children’s dreams, believing that the foundation for society starts at home. This commitment reflects their belief in nurturing the next generation to lead with purpose and create a life lived well.

 

As a wife and mom to four, Marcy exudes love and is the most supportive individual. Her versatility in talents and skills allow her to lend support in both areas of family and business. Her ever changing roles are crucial to creating stability and consistency for each entity to thrive.​

Marcy facilitates communication for families and staff, manages projects and coordinates events within Engaged Athletics. She believes deeply in  the mission of Engaged Athletics which helps young athletes maximize their potential.

A lover of design and passionate about working with people, Olivia dedicates her time to helping others through her creative direction.

​

Capitalizing on her strengths of organization and project management, she enjoys being involved in many aspects of Engaged Companies and working on building her side business, Liv Your Lifestyle.

 

 

Focusing her talents and energy in the real estate world, Chloe Is paving her way working with people while using her own unique voice and branding style. 

​

Chloe is naturally gifted in singing and songwriting and pursues this outlet in her free time. She plans to continue exploring that area of interest and expanding and producing her music.

​

​As a collegiate athlete playing golf at Washburn University, Quinn is dedicated friend, colleague, and teammate. He has started his own business, Biz Tech Caddy and offers security and IT support while also servicing Engaged Companies.

When he is not serving and helping others, you can usually find him cooking, biohacking, or spending time with family​

For the last few years, Ty has been a part of Engaged Athletics baseball. It has been a key piece of building his character and creating meaningful and valuable relationships.

 

He enjoys and thrives in the competitive environment​ and is set to be a lefty pitcher at Southeast Missouri State University in pursuit of going into sports management in the future.
